Dr. Sandra Owo serves as the Director of Functional Medicine and Aesthetics at Invigue Aesthetics and Wellness, bringing a unique blend of clinical expertise, functional medicine insight, and advanced aesthetic experience to her patients. She specializes in cosmetic treatments, medication therapy management, and advanced laser procedures, delivering transformative, personalized care that promotes confidence and holistic well-being. Dr. Owo earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Duquesne University and holds a postgraduate certificate in Health and Wellness from Harvard Medical School.
She is Board Certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners (ABAAHP) and has completed advanced clinical training in cosmetic dermatology, injectables, and laser technologies. A strong advocate for patient-centered care, Dr. Owo leads with compassion, precision, and a commitment to excellence, helping clients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals with natural, lasting results. Outside of her professional work, she is a devoted family woman, avid traveler, and active community volunteer.
Emily C. Grubel, FNP-C, MSN, BA
Certified Family Nurse Practitioner | Aesthetic Medicine Specialist
Emily Grubel is a provider at Invigue Medical Aesthetics & Wellness and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She specializes in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP therapy, and wellness services, focusing on natural results that enhance confidence and well-being.
In addition to aesthetics, Emily’s background includes surgical assisting, orthopedic medicine, critical care, and pre- and post-surgical nursing . Emily holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Family Practice from Marymount University, both with highest honors. She is bilingual and fluent in
Spanish.
Outside the clinic, Emily enjoys hiking, playing the piano, and cherishing family time in Northern Virginia. She remains committed to helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals with artistry, precision, and care.

Liana Baker is a Certified Physician Assistant with advanced training in aesthetic and wellness medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from George Mason University, graduating magna cum laude.
With clinical experience in dermatology and plastic surgery, Liana blends medical expertise with an artistic eye to create natural, confidence-boosting results. A proud member of the American Academy of Physician Associates, she is dedicated to patient education, safety, and personalized care.

Stella Lee, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Stella Lee is a Licensed Massage Therapist with advanced training in therapeutic bodywork and a strong background in physical education. She earned her bachelor’s degree in physical education from Korea University and completed her Massage Therapy certification at Cuyahoga Community College, Ohio.
At Invigue, Stella specializes in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, and lymphatic techniques. With experience as both a massage therapist and personal trainer, she takes a holistic approach that relieves tension, improves mobility, and supports long-term wellness.
Fluent in English and Korean, Stella is known for her calm presence, professionalism, and ability to create personalized treatments that leave clients restored and refreshed.

With over 25 years of experience spanning aesthetics, wellness, and luxury hospitality, Leigh Wells serves as the foundational force behind the success of Invigue Medical Aesthetics & Wellness. As Practice Manager, she ensures the seamless operation of the clinic while curating a patient experience defined by care, consistency, and excellence. Leigh is deeply passionate about the transformative power of aesthetics and wellness.
Under her leadership, Invigue has grown into a trusted sanctuary where providers are empowered, patients feel genuinely valued, and every aspect of the practice reflects her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to patient service. Her personal lifestyle mirrors her professional philosophy, one rooted in balance and holistic well-being. She is an avid practitioner of meditation, hot yoga, and strength training, activities that fuel her energy and focus. Outside of work, Leigh finds great joy in spending time with her family, who continue to be her strongest source of motivation and inspiration.

Rachel Power serves as the Brand Manager at Invigue Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, where she plays a key role in shaping the identity, voice, and visual presence of the Invigue brand. With a creative vision and strategic approach, Rachel leads all aspects of branding, marketing, social media, and event initiatives, driving meaningful engagement and building lasting connections with the community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in Event Planning, equipping her with a strong foundation in brand development.
Her ability to craft compelling narratives and elevate patient experience is central to Invigue’s growing visibility and reputation for excellence. Outside of her professional work, Rachel enjoys attending local concerts and spending time by the river with her boyfriend, Kyle. Her creativity, passion for people, and commitment to brand excellence make her an invaluable member of the Invigue team.

Aesthetics Concierge Associate
Gabriela Goetz is a dedicated Aesthetics Concierge Associate at Invigue Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, where she expertly blends her passion for beauty, wellness, and personalized care to deliver a warm, welcoming, and premium experience for every client. Leveraging her cosmetology license and strong customer service background, Gabriela brings industry insight and an empathetic approach to patient care, ensuring each guest feels seen, valued, and supported from the moment they enter the clinic. Known for her attention to detail, efficiency, and calming presence, Gabriela assists with patient intake, service education, and treatment coordination while upholding Invigue’s commitment to luxury and excellence.
She is highly skilled in creating seamless patient journeys, contributing to treatment plan adherence, and supporting clinical staff in maintaining an organized, patient-centered environment. Currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration at Northern Virginia Community College, Gabriela plans to transfer to Virginia Tech to continue her studies in Business Management, aligning her future goals with a commitment to advancing in the medical aesthetics industry. Her ambition is to merge business leadership with her passion for aesthetics, aiming to manage and elevate patient experience within a thriving wellness environment.
