Appointment Policy

At Invigue Medical  Aesthetics and wellness, we understand life happens and some things fall out of our control but arriving late for your appointment will affect your treatment time and our provider’s ability to perform their work. Our Team will make every effort to complete your treatment within your scheduled appointment window, but we do reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 10 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee (see cancellation Policies of Appointment for details).

Cancellation and No Show Policy

At Invigue Medical Aesthetics and wellness, we have a 24-hour Cancellation and No-Show Policy. Our goal is to ensure patients receive the best service within their appointment window and also respect the time of our providers and their other clients. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 24 hours will have the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file: Cancelation fee – $50.

We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those missed appointment slots. We appreciate your understanding. Having a firm Cancelation and No-Show Policy allows the Invigue Medical Aesthetics and wellness team to continue to provide the highest quality service for all patients. By scheduling an appointment (in- person, by phone, or online) you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Results are quite variable from client to client. Our Team will do their best to achieve the desired outcome that a patient is looking for, but it cannot be guaranteed. If a client needs additional treatments needed to achieve desired results, the Patient is reasonable.

Refund Policy

At Invigue Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, we are committed to providing the highest quality care, services and products to help you achieve your aesthetic and wellness goals. To maintain transparency and fairness, we have established the following Refund Policy:

No Refunds on Series, Packages or Products:
All purchases of treatment series, packages, prepaid services, or products are non-refundable. Once purchased, these services or products are considered final sale.

Forfeiture of Treatment Plan:
If a patient is unable to complete a purchased treatment plan, series, or package, they may request to forfeit the remaining treatments. In such cases, and only under circumstances deemed reasonable and qualifying at the sole discretion of Invigue Medical Aesthetics & Wellness and the treating provider, the remaining value may be converted into a monetary credit. 

Monetary Credit Terms:

  • The monetary credit will reflect the remaining value of the unused portion of the original package or series.
  • This credit may be used toward other services or products offered by Invigue Medical Aesthetics & Wellness.
  • Monetary credits are transferable and must be used within 12 months from the date the credit is issued.

Other Terms:

  • Credits have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.
  • Promotional pricing or discounts applied to the original purchase will be reflected in the remaining value at time of conversion.

By purchasing any package, service or product, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

Retail

We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 10 days for the same product.

No refund on Gift Certificates purchases.
