Dr. Sandra Owoyemi, PharmD, ABAAHP
Director of Medical Aesthetics & Wellness
Dr. Sandra Owoyemi serves as the Director of Medical Aesthetics & Wellness at Invigue, where she blends her extensive medical expertise with a dedication to helping patients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals. Specializing in aesthetics, cosmetic medicine, medication therapy management, and advanced laser treatments, Dr. Owoyemi is committed to delivering exceptional results that enhance both her patients’ self-confidence and overall well-being.
Dr. Owoyemi earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Duquesne University and holds an advanced certificate in health and wellness from Harvard Medical School. She is a Board-Certified practitioner with the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners (ABAAHP) and has completed extensive training in aesthetic treatments, cosmetic medicine, and advanced laser technology.
Outside of her professional work, Dr. Owoyemi enjoys spending time with her family. She has a passion for travel and volunteers regularly, making a positive impact in the community.
Dr. Lee Anne West, MD

Dr. Lee Anne West is the Medical Director at Invigue Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, bringing a wealth of experience in compassionate treatment, and clinical leadership. Board-certified in Internal Medicine Dr. West has dedicated her career to providing high-quality care for patients and has built effective referral relationships with community physicians and is highly regarded for her expertise in managing complex patient care needs across all stages of treatment.
She earned her Medical Degree from St. Christopher’s College of Medicine in the UK and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. Dr. West’s dedication to clinical excellence and patient-centered care makes her an invaluable leader in the medical aesthetics field, ensuring the highest standards of practice at Invigue.

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner | Aesthetic Medicine Specialist/ Expert Injector
Jen Faulkner is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) specializing in aesthetic medicine. She holds a Post-Master’s Certificate in Nursing (MSN-PMC) from Maryville University, a Master of Science in Nursing Administration (MSN) from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Syracuse University. Prior to focusing on aesthetics full time, Jen worked for more than 13 years in emergency medicine, spinal cord stimulation, and pediatrics.
Jen prioritizes patient safety and takes a holistic approach to addressing the root causes of aging, passionately educating clients on neuromodulators and bioregenerative functional aesthetic medicine. She regularly participates in advanced trainings and is an active member of The Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners (VCNP) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Outside of work, Jen stays active with Peloton and yoga. She cherishes time spent with her husband and two sons.
Jen Faulkner is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. cord stimulation, and pediatrics. Jen’s 13 years of combined advanced medical knowledge along with a comprehensive approach to aging focuses on addressing the root causes of aesthetic concerns, educating clients about the therapeutic and cosmetic benefits of treatments.
Jen holds a Post-Master’s Certificate in Nursing (MSN-PMC) from Maryville University, a Master of Science in Nursing Administration (MSN) from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Syracuse University. Outside of work, Jen enjoys staying active with Peloton, practicing yoga, and indulging her love for home decor projects. She cherishes time spent with her husband, two sons, and her beloved grandpa.

Leidy Shields is a passionate and experienced Master Esthetician at Invigue Medical Aesthetics and Wellness. She is dedicated to elevating skin health and enhancing natural beauty.
Leidy specializes in creating customized treatment plans that address a variety of skin concerns, including acne, signs of aging, hydration, and overall skin rejuvenation. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to client satisfaction make her a trusted partner in achieving glowing, confident skin.
Outside of work, Leidy enjoys the outdoors and loves spending time with her family. She also loves to travel and discover exciting locations.

With over 25 years of experience in aesthetics, wellness, and hospitality, Leigh Wells is the cornerstone of Invigue Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, ensuring the seamless operation of the practice while elevating the patient experience.
As the driving force behind Invigue, Leigh is passionate about the life-changing impact of aesthetics and wellness treatments. Under Leigh’s leadership, Invigue has flourished into a sanctuary where providers feel supported, patients feel valued, and every detail reflects her unwavering commitment to excellence.
Leigh’s personal passions align with her holistic approach to wellness. She dedicates time to meditation, hot yoga, and weightlifting, practices that keep her grounded and energized. Leigh also cherishes moments spent with her family, whom she considers her greatest source of strength and inspiration.
Rachel Power
Marketing & Social Media Manager
Rachel Power serves as the Marketing & Social Media Manager at Invigue Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, where her creativity, strategic mindset, and expertise in communications and event planning play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s presence and engagement.
Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in Event Planning, providing her with a strong foundation in crafting compelling narratives and fostering authentic connections.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys attending local concerts and unwinding by the river with her boyfriend, Kyle. Her creative energy, combined with her passion for connecting with people, makes Rachel an integral part of the Invigue team.

Katherine is the Front Desk Concierge at Invigue Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, dedicated to delivering a seamless and exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. With a strong background in customer service and a genuine passion for health, beauty, and wellness, Katherine ensures that every visit to Invigue feels welcoming, professional, and personalized.
Her passion for wellness and aesthetics inspires her to continually enhance her knowledge about the treatments and services offered at Invigue, ensuring she can provide accurate and helpful information to every patient. Katherine takes pride in building lasting relationships and being a friendly, dependable resource for both new and returning patients.
Gabriela Goetz

Gabriela Goetz serves as a Front Desk Concierge at Invigue Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, where she seamlessly combines her passion for beauty, wellness, and customer care to ensure each client feels valued and supported from the moment they arrive. With a background in customer service and a cosmetology license, Gabriela brings a unique blend of industry knowledge and dedication to creating an exceptional patient experience.
Gabriela is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in business administration at NOVA Community College and plans to transfer to Virginia Tech to further her studies in business management.

Dr. Sandra Owoyemi is the Director of Medical Aesthetics and Wellness at Invigue. Her unique blend of scientific training including aesthetics, cosmetic, medication therapy, and laser treatment ensures the best outcome for patients. She is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care to help her patients transform their self-confidence and attitude towards life by addressing the physical areas that concern them the most. In addition to his advanced Aesthetics and wellness skill, she is also known for her compassionate bedside manner, professional demeanor, and commitment to helping patients make informed decisions about their care.
Dr Owoyemi obtained her doctoral degree in pharmacy from Duquesne University. She also has an advanced certificate in health and wellness from the Harvard University School of Medicine. She is a board-certified American Board of Anti-Aging / Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM) practitioner and has completed several research at the National Institute of Health National Institute of Ageing. Dr. Owoyemi also has extensive experience, certification, and training in several Aesthetics treatment in cosmetic and advanced laser technology. She has presented several papers on medication nutrition therapy, wellness management, cosmetic treatment safety, and drug interaction.
